LAS VEGAS - Flamingo Palms Villas

1bed/1bath condo right behind The Bellagio on The Strip

This is a newly renovated 1 bedroom condo with 516 sqft/48m2. It is located very close to The Strip in The Flamingo Palms Villas community. It's a 3rd floor unit, no elevator available.

It’s less than a 5 minute drive from The Bellagio Hotel. You could say it is basically behind it, just have to cross the Highway. You could get to The Strip by walking over the bridge crossing the Highway but it is approximately 1 mile from our unit to The Bellagio Fountains.

Across the street is The Rio Hotel and Casino and a few blocks down is The Palms Hotel and Casino.

It is also just a 5 minute Uber ride to the new Allegiant Stadium, the home of The Las Vegas Raiders.

This unit has been completely remodeled and consists of a full size and basic equipped kitchen in which you can prepare meals if you don’t want to eat out.

The bedroom has a queen size bed while the sleeper couch is full size. The unit sleeps a total of 3 people. The bathroom has a big walk in shower. We provide WiFi, regular TV channels and you will also find a washer/dryer in the condo. Parking is included in your stay.

This gated and secured community has a pool (not heated), a hot tub, which is currently being updated, and a gym for our guests to use. It has a designated Uber/Lyft pick up location to easily take a ride to The Strip or wherever you want to go. There is a Walgreens withing walking distance in case you need any essentials. 

We are family friendly and do provide a Pack and Play but we don’t provide sheets for it.
