Who we are

The team:

We are Sara and Patrick, owners of this family operated business specialized in vacation rentals and property management.

Because of our love to Destin and wanting others to experience a great time on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, we started our business a few years ago and bought our first vacation rental. 

Currently we are managing/co-hosting 16 condos in total: 3 in beautiful Destin, 5 in Miramar Beach which is basically the Destin area, 7 in Orlando and 1 in Las Vegas.

11 of those condos we own ourselves and the others we help manage.

We have also started to look into different areas and started to invest in Las Vegas. We currently have one condo there which you will also find featured on this page.

We are Destin locals and are working hard every day to keep our condos up to a certain standard so also we would feel comfortable staying there. As you will see clicking through our condos, we offer different sizes. So, no matter if you are a single traveler, a small family or a party of 6, we have room for all of you. 

Our service is offered in English, Spanish, German and Italian.

How to book:

Making a reservation for our condos is pretty easy. You only need an account to one of the below mentioned booking platforms, choose the condo you like and available days and voilà, you're booked.

We have been on Airbnb for years now with great reviews and have just now started to advertise most of our properties on VRBO and BOOKING.COM as well.
