Newly tiled floors throughout the condo and brand new HVAC installed. Our 2 bed/ 2 bath is the perfect setting to unwind and soak in the sun! Main bedroom features a comfortable king size bed with its own bathroom/bathtub and a 50 inch T.V screen. Second bedroom features a custom built bunk bed with a twin over queen bed and a second bathroom with shower. Living room is spacious and airy to allow lots of natural light into the space. Living room features include a 60 in. Samsung T.V and the couch has a queen pull out mattress. We also provide a variety of board games and puzzles for the children which you will find in the T.V. stand. We have a nice nitch in front of the condo to enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the sunrise and a nice sized patio in the back to watch the amazing sunset and its colors dance along the waters and skyline of the Gulf of Mexico. In our compound you will also find a BBQ/ picnic area that you are welcome to use. We do ask that you please use the area responsibly and clean up after use.

This condo is newly furnished and located In Miramar Beach. It is owned by Markus and Valy who are residing in Austria, Europe.
The condo has 650 sqft, 1bd/1ba and sleeps a total of 4 guests. It is located just 2 minutes from the beaches of the Emerald Coast and is in the same neighborhood as the Surf Song condo. Again here, walking to the beach you will be crossing the Scenic Highway which remains the most beautiful spot in the area.
Right where you access the beach you will find ‘Pompano Joe’s’, a restaurant that you also find on top of our restaurant recommendations.
This first floor condo consists of a standard equipped kitchen where you can prepare only snacks or entire meals if you feel like eating in. Besides the bedroom equipped with a queen size bed, the condo has a queen sleeper couch which makes it a place for a maximum of 4 guests. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The condominium complex also has a pool which serves as a good alternative if you need a break from the salt water and sand. The pool is basically in your backyard. Open the door to the terrasse and you can see it and walk right over.
We provide Cable TV and a fast WiFi-Internet for our guests and there are also a washer/dryer combo in the unit. Also to be found are an infant bed (pack'n'play - we don't provide bed sheets for that), beach chairs and an umbrella, a micro wave, a coffee machine, a toaster, an ironing board, an iron and a vacuum. The condo’s friendly and light colors are a reflection of the Emerald Coast and will make you feel cozy and comfortable when enjoying some deserved time off.
One parking spot is right outside the unit (Guest parking spots are available in front of the pool and on the back street of the complex) which makes moving in and out very easy. Sandprints is not a high rise which will make you feel more at home than in a hotel.
Miramar Beach is a laid back community with friendly people and you have the best of both worlds here! You have the beach and accessibility to shopping centers and activities for the whole family to enjoy. There is access to some of the best seafood restaurant's nearby and all is reachable in a 15 minute walk or 5-10 minutes drive.

Our Condo is located in the heart of Destin and just minutes from the beach, restaurants, shopping and many other attractions.
The 970 sq ft condo has recently been updated and sleeps a maximum of 6 people. It features 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a twin daybed with trundle. The living room has a queen size sleeper couch and would sleep additional 2 people. The master with the king size bed has an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower. The second bedroom’s bathroom has a glass doored shower.
The Palms is a resort property that houses a 11,000 sq. ft. lagoon style pool, kid’s pools, splash pad, and hot tub all with beautiful tropical landscaping. This zero entry pool is Destin’s largest lagoon pool! The resort also offers a fully equipped gym, tennis courts, basketball court, children's playground and parking garage. Access to these facilities is included with your reservation at no additional fee.
A shuttle runs from March to October approximately every 30 minutes between 11am and 9pm and drops you off at different locations such as the Harborwalk Village and the beach across the street.
The Palms is not far from the beach (an approximately 10 minute walk). Right across the street there is a big parking lot which makes it easy for you to take everything you want and need to the beach. Just throw it all in the car. If you don’t want to take the car you can definitely walk or use the shuttle service. Only about 2 minutes away you’ll find Henderson State Park which is an untouched stretch of beach and is said to not be very crowded in Summer.
