Our Condo is located in the heart of Destin and just minutes from the beach, restaurants, shopping and many other attractions.
The 970 sq ft condo has recently been updated and sleeps a maximum of 6 people. It features 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a twin daybed with trundle. The living room has a queen size sleeper couch and would sleep additional 2 people. The master with the king size bed has an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower. The second bedroom’s bathroom has a glass doored shower.
The Palms is a resort property that houses a 11,000 sq. ft. lagoon style pool, kid’s pools, splash pad, and hot tub all with beautiful tropical landscaping. This zero entry pool is Destin’s largest lagoon pool! The resort also offers a fully equipped gym, tennis courts, basketball court, children's playground and parking garage. Access to these facilities is included with your reservation at no additional fee.
A shuttle runs from March to October approximately every 30 minutes between 11am and 9pm and drops you off at different locations such as the Harborwalk Village and the beach across the street.
The Palms is not far from the beach (an approximately 10 minute walk). Right across the street there is a big parking lot which makes it easy for you to take everything you want and need to the beach. Just throw it all in the car. If you don’t want to take the car you can definitely walk or use the shuttle service. Only about 2 minutes away you’ll find Henderson State Park which is an untouched stretch of beach and is said to not be very crowded in Summer.

The Luau buildings sit on top of a rise just 2 minute’s walk from the beaches of Sandestin right next to the Hilton.

A coffee machine, microwave oven, hotel size refrigerator as well as an iron/ironing board are included. This is a non-smoking unit and guest pets are unfortunately not allowed in LUAU.
Our studio is equipped with a key-less lock system that makes check-ins super easy! No keys to get int - just go directly to your room. Plus the key-less lock system provides added security for you. LUAU is in a gated area with controlled access; you could not find a safer spot.
