Golf courses

Destin has some of the most beautiful golf courses in Florida – check out Regatta, Indian Bayou, Santa Rosa and all 5 courses of the Sandestin Resort.

Harborwalk Village

The place to go for kids and adults: deep sea fishing, snorkeling, parasailing or jet ski rentals – plus lots of restaurants with a great view. More info. Nearby you can rent a boat and head over to Crab Island, a shallow spot in the Gulf.

Scenic Highway 98 & beaches

A must-drive: beachfront villas on one side, crystal clear water on the other, and great beach restaurants. Along the way are several beach access points. Henderson Beach State Park ($6 per car per day) is an untouched stretch of white beach.

Around Harborwalk: McGuire’s Irish Pub, AJ’s, Big Red Grill, Dewey Destin’s.

Need a break from the beach? Visit Silver Sands Premium Outlets and Destin Commons – beautiful even if you don’t need to buy anything.

Excursions & day trips

Bowling (Fish Bowl and Grill), miniature golf, Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park and the AMC theater. For day trips: Pensacola Beach, Seaside on Scenic 30A (Saturday farmers market, and where “The Truman Show” was filmed) and the Okaloosa Island Boardwalk.

Our condos are perfectly located close to all theme parks in Orlando:

International Drive

The perfect spot for tourists – tons of restaurants and shopping, plus attractions like the upside-down house WonderWorks, the ICON Park Ferris wheel, miniature golf and go-karts.

Shopping & groceries

Premium Outlets North and South and the Mall at Millenia are close by. Grocery stores near The Enclave: supermarket and gift shop across the street, Walgreens, Whole Foods, Publix and Walmart.

Eating

Within walking distance: Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant, Sushiology, Pirate’s Dinner Adventure, Giordano’s, TGI Fridays, Chili’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, McDonald’s and IHOP.

Getting around

No rental car? Use Uber or a taxi. The Enclave also offers a theme park shuttle by STS Transportation – tickets are available at the client service desk next to the front desk. Public transportation is a one-minute walk away.
