The Palms offers the largest lagoon pool in Destin, awarded best in the area, plus a kids’ pool, splash area, whirlpool and another large heated pool. Resort fee: $19/night.
The front desk provides a welcome package with parking passes for covered parking (2 cars per unit) and codes to the unit and amenities. A shuttle runs from mid-March to Labor Day.
The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, with a big parking lot right across the street. Walmart is within walking distance, and The Palms has a restaurant and bar on site.
